i think nosrat cds can help u very much
i finished it. it is very useful for listeninig
infact it is only for listening and pronunciation
im beginner but when i finished it i understood i can understand conversations in the films
trust me it is wonderful

yes, i do agree with you dear mehran, i've started to listen to this really useful series since 2 week ago
but unfortunately i don't have enough time to listen this series every day...
but really i believe in it's usage

i'd heard about chris de berg song but i've not listen to his songs , so i'll try to listen those beside other english songs which i'm listening
